There was a Pinoy Trepreneur event in Glorietta center last September 24-25, 2010. One of the first establishments I saw was the Ice Cramble (ice scramble) kiosk.
I immediately tried it because I've been wanting to find the best version. This one was a bit melted when I bought it though. But I loved the marshmallow toppings and the chocolate syrup. It wasn't as good as the others I've tried but I liked it.
Ice Cramble at 17 Php for large cups, plus 3 Php for the marshmallow toppings.
