Free Rudy Project Suitcase and Mango Tree at the Fort! (Taguig. 08 2012)

Had lunch in Mango Tree (Fort Branch) after we claimed my free Rudy Project suitcase courtesy of my Citibank Cebu Pacific VISA Platinum Card.

This Mango Tree Branch is way bigger than their Greenbelt 5 branch. The interior looks more extravagant too. It was quite cozy. I loved the uniformed waters too, they looked like hotel staff.

Met up with my bestfriend and her sister for updates on our planned trips that we’re really hoping to go to! *fingers crossed*

Village Tavern looks like an elegant bar/lounge type restaurant located at the 2nd level of Bonifacio High Street Central. I have no clear photos of the food because I came late and it was quite dark outside. The food was nice. The area outside could use a mist fan though, I was perspiring despite the rain and there were mosquitoes that were threatening to eat me alive. Haha.

Will go back to get more decent photos.

I knew I just had Starbucks yesterday and because commercialized coffee has too much calories and they cost a fortune, I try to minimize consumption to at least twice a month (if I can manage that! Haha!).

But today, I just had to fight the calories, 'coz this cup was a treat from my friend Fons. So that's almost a guilt free delicious coffee frappe. :)

We were supposed to go to Cafe Juanita for an afternoon snack only to find out that they only open during lunch and dinner. We walked around Fort looking for a new place to visit when we saw Yogurt Nation. Yogurt Nation just opened when we first visited their place.

The very same day Tin and I went to lunch at Cafe Juanita, Tin said I could claim my 3rd (out of 20) venti. We had a bet about 6 years ago and I won myself 20 ventis. Haha. Tin was so sure she was gonna win that she bet 20 ventis when we were both dirt poor. Lol.

We hardly see each other so I'm only on my 3rd, but hopefully that changes because we are now neighbors in Fort.

Tin and I wanted to have lunch somewhere we've never eaten before so we walked for 15-20 minutes around Fort and ended up in Cafe Juanita. We were opting for something inexpensive but that's hard to find in Fort. Haha!

Cafe Juanita did not disappoint though. :)
