Look What I'm Having For Dinner! (Makati. January 9, 2011)

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Because I don't know how to cook, I had to improvise. Super hungry despite eating a lot at work today. Had to cook something even if it's nearing midnight.

Sliced cucumber drenched in sweet and spicy UFC sauce plus vienna sausage. Cucumber is my new rice!

Pad Thai, Chips and Chocolates. (February 2011)

Our second attempt to cook Padthai. 1st time we forgot the bean sprouts, this time we forgot the egg. Still yummy!

Been craving for Pad Thai for days, but Pad Thais are so expensive when you buy it. Around 300-350 Php if you want the good ones. I can't take a taxi to get the best Pad Thai I've tasted in the streets of Bangkok, so the best solution is... make one!

I don't count rice noodles as rice. So just zip it, okay?

Bastian's Food Garden (Polangui Albay)

I went home (Bicol) for the Holy Week. From Naga, we travelled 6 hours to Bulan. Enroute, we had lunch at Bastian's Food Garden. The food is expensive but tastes great! Besides, it's expensive because it's one of the regular bus stops of vehicles going to and from Sorsogon.

I've been here lots of times and I'll try to blog about the other times I've been here. They have a mini zoo and I took photos before. This time I was too sleepy to take photos of the animals in the zoo. They have baby crocodiles (I'm scared shitless of crocs. They give me nightmares!).

Lomi at Php 45 (small); Php 80 (medium); Php 140 (large)
