This October, I went to a feeding program for kids in Pasig. The program is facilitated by Real Life Foundation, an amazing group, helping kids and sponsoring weekly feeding programs for the local kids in Pasig City.
We played games and had story telling during the event. The kids were amazing, they were all so happy to see us. You will never guess that most of them have abusive families and unfortunate histories.
I wish I could go every week. It makes you realize how lucky you are and how much you can do to make a difference. If you're not doing anything on a Saturday morning and just thinking of sleeping in, why don't you try visiting the kids. Your going there will not only make a difference in their lives, it will make a difference in yours.
