Lovely dinner after a busy day at work a few nights ago. Delicious!
Chicken Ala King on Bread, because I don't eat rice. One year and seven months without rice, who thought I would ever survive? I don't even miss it. Except for the times a chaofan bowl is presented in front of me.
I love tofu! I'd prefer it over meat any day.
