Last November 2009, we were invited to attend a FREE food tasting event of Hizon's, a local popular catering service in the Philippines. I got a random email invitation and just signed up. Amazing, right! Haha! talk about gazillion calories!
This particular food tasting event was in Makati, so convenient for me!
I was so overwhelmed by so much food that I forgot to get the names of the dishes and desserts! So I'll just share some vague descriptions of the dishes from what I can remember. There were so much food that we didn't get to try (appetizers and alcoholic drinks!) because we were so full. I thought I was gonna explode after 2 hours of eating! Why did I eat so much!?

Salad in a soft taco. It had cucumber, mango and crab sticks! Yum!
Nata de Coco with Buko Pandan Salad
This was my favorite salad/appetizer! I wish I could remember what it's called. The sauce was amazing!
Cucumber and carrots in a dip.
This was flavored pork for the the tacos.
Salsa for the quesadillas! I loved it!
Bluberry Brulee. This was yummy!
Dessert table. There were 3 long tables for desserts I think.
Mango in some milk concuction.

This was Lasagna I think. I had 2 servings of this. Tasty!

They had bananas too. These were wiped out from the table in minutes.

i once went to a wedding catered by hizon. yummy tlaga food nila :)
