I was uber thrilled when I saw this kiosk near the movie theaters. I was craving for sweets and ice scramble was the best cure. Awesome part is, it had toppings! How cool!

It tastes as delicious as it looks! Php 17 per cup + marshmallow toppings at Php3.
This version is so much better than the first scramble I tried here in SM Fairview. It tastes almost as good as the ones you will find in the streets. It was heaven on a cup. :)
